Second Edition of

Digital Pathology Training with HistoMetriX

June 26 & 27, 2025

Following the success of our first 2-day training in March 2025, QuantaCell is excited to announce the second edition of the Digital Pathology Training with HistoMetriX. This hands-on training is designed for researchers and biologists working with histological images, helping them harness the full potential of HistoMetriX for their own analysis projects.

🎯 What are the goals of the training?
This training is designed to empower participants to:

  1. Detect complex tissue structures using precise and automated analysis tools.
  2. Count and characterize positive cells based on their phenotypes to better understand their role in tissues.
  3. Train customized deep learning models to automate your specific analyses.
  4. Measure distances between different cell types or tissue structures for advanced spatial analyses.
  5. Analyze the co-expression and co-localization of biomarkers in your samples.

👥 What participants loved about the training

Participants from the first edition expressed strong enthusiasm for both the content and format of the training. They appreciated the intuitive interface of HistoMetriX, the relevance of the use cases, and the opportunity to work directly on their own image datasets.

“HistoMetriX is one of the most intuitive image analysis tools I’ve used. The interface is simple yet powerful, and the training helped me understand both the technical and scientific purposes of image analysis. On top of that, the QuantaCell team was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive.”

Feedback collected through an anonymous questionnaire confirmed this enthusiasm, with an average satisfaction score of 9.2/10 for the training content, teaching quality, and software usability.

Most importantly,

100% of participants were able to use HistoMetriX for

their own image analysis projects by the second day of training.

💡 Who is it for?
This training is ideal for research teams dealing with multiplexed IF, TMA, or other histological image data — whether for exploratory analyses or robust pipelines.

📍 Location: IDESP, Campus Balard – Building 39
300, avenue du Pr Émile Jeanbrau, Montpellier

📅 Dates: Thursday, June 26 and Friday, June 27, 2025

We’re grateful to the first class of trainees for their enthusiasm, questions, and positive energy.

It was a pleasure to see them explore the software using their real datasets

and we’re looking forward to doing it all over again.

See you soon!
